Växjö Municipality offers study visits for municipalities, organizations, universities and companies that have an interest in learning more about our successful work.
Due to the corona pandemic, we currently do not accept any study visits.
We do our best to put together a program according to your wishes.
Here we have answers to some of the questions you may have before the study visit.
We do our best to make a program according to your wishes. We need your booking request at least two months in advance. We arrange study visits Monday to Friday during the period March-May and September-November.
A fee of 4,000 SEK, VAT excluded, will be charged for the coordination of a program and the visit. We don't charge a fee for media, universities, schools or embassy staff.
Can Växjö Municipality make an Invitation Letter for our delegation if needed?
Yes, we can help you to make an Invitation Letter for your delegation.
No, we do not arrange transportation. You arrange transportation by yourself.
We can help you to order lunch and coffee but you pay for this yourself.
Cancellations need to be made at least five working days before the visit. Otherwise we will charge for the visit. This also applies if you do not arrive at scheduled date.
What is the limit of the visiting group?
We have a limit of maximum 15 persons/group (if no other agreements are made).
